Much of this work involves “off-market” acquisitions. Clients instruct us to approach owners and leaseholders of adjoining properties and purchase their interests to assemble a site. Negotiations can be protracted and complex. We manage the acquisition of each interest separately but retain an overall budget and viability perspective.
