Founded in 1829, North's Property is proud to be the longest established estate agents in Ireland. Previously trading under the name James H. North & Co. North's Property has been in business for excess 180 years.

We specialise in the acquisition, sale and letting of retail, office, industrial and residential property. We acquire and sell agricultural, leisure and developemt lands throughout Ireland.

We conduct business in all 32 counties of Ireland and we regularly advise clients in the UK.

  As members of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute (IAVI), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCS), we act as property consultants in rent reviews and in valuations of all types of property.

We remain an independent, Irish owned comapny offering impartial advice without input from finanacial institutions or multi-national owners.
